Sony Music Nashville artists receive nominations across TEN categories for the 53rd Annual ACM Awards
The list of nominees for the 2018 ACM Awards has been announced and Sony Music Nashville would like to congratulate each of its artists acknowledged with nominations across TEN categories for the 53rd Annual ACM Awards!

Old Dominion on ACM nominations: ” We were in LA and uh, when the ACM nominations came out. So, it was really early in the morning. I woke up at about 6:30 in the morning and saw this huge list of text messages on my phone and, you know, just to start reading through them and all the congratulations of Best Group. Congratulations on Best Group and then this whole other slew of them with, you know, just so much excitement about the best album, the Album of the Year nomination. So, that one in particular is taking a minute to sink in because we’ve worked so hard, like everyone does, to get to this point. It’s just so validating and we’re so proud of this album and it feels really good just to be recognized for our songwriting and our musicianship and the collection of songs that we put together for Happy Endings so… We could not be more excited to be nominated.”
Brandon Lancaster of LANCO on ACM nominations: “It really is such an honor to be for not just one, but two ACM awards- Vocal Group of the Year and New Duo or Group of the Year. The ACMs are just an incredible thing. We’ve gone before and we’ve just been happy to be there. It’s an incredible not of celebrating songwriters and artists and people throughout the industry so… just to be there and celebrate that is an incredible thing and to actually be nominated and have a lot of the work we’ve put in recognized as a group. We’re so excited! It’s going to be an awesome night and we’re really honored.”
