CRS 2018 – Sony Music Nashville Guitar Pull

Sony Music Nashville artists wowed the crowd with live performances during CRS at the CMA Theater in Nashville. In guitar pull style, they shared their stories, provided laughs, and showcased the new story line that is Sony Music Nashville. Brad Paisley and Chris Young led the new class of artists in each set of performances with classic hits and recent releases. Chris joked that he’d like to give his second round to Cam after her powerful vocal performance of “Palace”, a song co-written with and for Sam Smith, before going into his 10th #1, “Losing Sleep”. Walker Hayes performed “Craig”, a very special song as its a personal thank you to a specific person named Craig who helped him and his family along their journey. LANCO got acoustic with their newest single, “Born To Love You”. Luke Combs debuted a new song titled “Beer Never Broke My Heart”, which is already a fan favorite after playing it for the first time only a few days earlier at his 2-night run at the Ryman Auditorium. Cam closed the first set with her soaring vocals on her newest single “Diane”. After asking the crowd what they wanted to hear, Brad Paisley opened the second set with his first single on Country Radio, “He Didn’t Have to Be”. Kane Brown got personal with his song about his great Granddaddy, “Cold Spot”. Sony’s freshest face on stage, Mitchell Tenpenny gave us a taste of his new single, “Drunk Me”. Guitar in hand, Maren performed recent #1 and Grammy nominated “I Could A Love Song”. The performances were met with standing ovations and smiles across the audience’s faces. It was a perfect mix of the new and classics from Sony Music Nashville.
