audio  Tyler Farr talks about the making of his new music video, “Redneck Crazy.” (:55)
“We went down to West Monroe, Louisiana, straight into the swamp, and got after it. And when I say ‘West Monroe, Louisiana,’ I think there’s only a few guys that come up to mind, and that’s the Duck Dynasty boys, which…their show is absolutely just kickin’ butt right now, and I’m so proud of ’em. I’ve known Willie Robertson, the CEO, for probably about five years. I met him in 2009 when I was out on the road with Colt Ford. He used to come to all of our shows, and I…we just hit it off, and I’ve been friends with him ever since. And so when they were wantin’ a cameo for this video, I couldn’t think of a better person, a celebrity person, to have in ‘Redneck Crazy’ than Willie. So it worked out great. We went down there; we had a ball. I almost walked away with a injury. Actually, I did — I was bruised, but there were some four-wheelers got flipped, and some apple pie moonshine got drank. It was just a good time. We had a blast.”
