audio  Tyler Farr says that the time since his last album has really helped him prepare for the release of Suffer in Peace. (:33)
“We’ve had a year and a half between albums, and that was a year and a half for me, you know, two years, for me to grow. Doin’ the Aldean tour, playin’ these stadiums, findin’ out more about myself along the way and where I want to take my music. So, for it to…me to have not one album out but have two, you know, it means the world to me. I’m…I don’t know if I’m gonna be more excited or the fans are about gettin’ new music, I’m just as excited as them as bein’ able to put new music out and playin’ it in my live shows — and just seein’ the reactions.”

audio  Tyler Farr is excited to be making his first appearance on NBC’s Today show. (:19)
“Normally, if I am up at 4 or 5am, that means I’m goin’ turkey huntin’. So, waking up at 4 or 5am in New York City, probably not one of my favorite things. But to be on the Today show, I guess I’ll get up. We’re pumped about doin’ it.”

audio  Tyler Farr says that “A Guy Walks into a Bar” is the first song of his that he likes to hear on the radio! (:15)
“It’s cool to hear it on the radio. It’s the first song that I, like, I want to listen to it to hear how it sounds on the radio, ’cause I don’t like to listen to myself. I come on the radio, I’ll turn it off. I don’t enjoy listening to myself. (laughs) Thank God other people do, or else I would be out of a job.”

audio  Tyler Farr hopes that “A Guy Walks into a Bar” is helping to bring more people into his music. (:19)
“I’m very happy with this single, and I hope it’s epic. I hope it brings more people into who I am as an artist, instead of, you know, not just the ‘Redneck Crazy’ guy, not, you know, not just the ‘Whiskey in My Water’ guy, you know…we did a little, little break-up…not really a break-up song, it’s just a freakin’ country song.”
