“If you watch some of the shows that are really perfect, and you don’t have a lot of confidence as a cook, you might be afraid to try anything. And I think what we show is don’t be scared. The worst thing that happens if you make a horrible mistake is you go out to dinner or you order pizza. You know, it’s like, it’s not…to cook good food, you don’t have to use a ton of ingredients. And that’s how we grew up, you know, so I hope it makes not only me, but the food seem more accessible.”
