Ryan Hurd: Talks hitting the road with Old Dominion for Make It Sweet tour (Audio)
I am so excited about being on the road with my friends in Old Dominion. I’ve known those guys and looked up to them for so long- first as songwriters and now as artists, as the premiere band in our genre. And, just being able to maybe write some songs with those guys while we’re out and get to take in their show and watch just the way they do it. I’m just starting to have success with a hit song and getting to do kind of what they have been the first guys to do: write songs for other artists and also establish themselves as a massive act. You know, that’s what my goal is so… just being around it so I can soak it in and soak up the energy and just the way they go about their day and their business and the way they treat their fans- I’m just excited about all of it.
