Maren Morris and Ryan Hurd are engaged! The happy couple began dating back in 2015 and announced their engagement over the weekend with a beautiful post of pictures captioned “Yes” on Maren’s Instagram. Ryan proposed on July 3^rd but knowing it was going to bring a lot of excitement, the two of them held off on releasing the big news. “Maren and I got engaged this week it was really cool, it was quiet. We waited a little bit to tell everybody just because we knew it would get a lot of attention. It was a really cool moment for us.” While Maren and Ryan don’t have any set arrangements just yet, they are reminiscing on the special week they had together and are looking forward to the rest of the year as an engaged couple, “We’re both really excited about the rest of the year and whatever comes next. We don’t really have any plans to do it or at least when. We’re both starting to talk about how and we’re both just kind of excited about it and it was just a really fun moment.” As of now, their plans consist of touring all summer long so the two will be celebrating their engagement in between tour dates. Maren is out on the road with Sam Hunt while Ryan is hitting the stage opening for Florida Georgia Line.
