Trevor Rosen:
So one day, Brad mentioned, it would be cool if I learned the accordion part. I think he was kidding. He’s like, ‘No, because that would take you like years to learn.’
Matthew Ramsey: Challenge accepted.
Brad Tursi: Like, I don’t know- How do I know, I’ve never played.
Trevor Rosen: To be honest. You said that I was like, ‘yeah, probably would.’ But then I thought, no, if all I had to do was learn once song…

Brad Tursi: I just saw all the buttons and I was like there’s no way.
Trevor Rosen:
Believe me, I thought the same thing. But then then I took it as a challenge. I went, ‘I finally had to learn one song, I think I could do it.’ And it was really random, because Kate, our Martin guitar rep. Randomly texted me a few weeks later, and she goes, ‘Hey, just so you know, I work for Hohner as well. So if you ever needed an accordion or anything,’ and I immediately text her back, I said, I need one tomorrow. So she got me an accordion. And I called Dave Cohen, who played the accordion part on the record. I said, Listen, I need you to kind of help me learn this. He goes, you’ll learn it in 30 minutes. Don’t worry about it. So I didn’t tell any of the guys. The only person I told was Ian our sound guy, because he was going to have to like, you know, help me get a pick up and get it to go. So complete surprise. We were at a show one time and we’re getting ready to play “I Was On A Boat That Day. And Matt looked over. I was holding the accordion as in Brad. You’re laughing? Yeah. Yeah, just surprise a guy so and you know what I’m actually it was really fun to learn. It was awesome. It’s been a long time. So now I play the accordion.
