Head over to VoteACM.com now, and don’t miss the excitement of the big show when The 45th Annual ACM Awards air live, April 18th, at 8pm, ET/delayed PT, on CBS.
  • And speaking of Chris YoungCountry Weekly‘s reigning fan-voted Hottest Bachelor — they must have to be keeping the girls at a safe distance because he’ll be hitting the road on a three-man tour as he and Josh Turner roll out on Alan Jackson‘s Freight Train Tour beginning in April. Chris is hot on the charts now with “The Man I Want to Be,” the title track to his latest album and the follow-up to his recent number-one blockbuster, “Gettin’ You Home.”
  • And while we’re talking about Alan Jackson, the man with 34 number-one singles is working on 35 with his latest smash, “It’s Just That Way.” The first cut from Alan’s March 30th album release, Freight Train, “It’s Just That Way” is available now as a digital single, and you can visit the iTunes store for an exclusive chance to purchase another track from the album — this one’s called “Hard Hat and a Hammer.” It’s the first of a three-song, three-week countdown to album release, with new tracks arriving March 16th (“Every Now and Then”) and March 23rd, with “Where I Belong.”
  • Congratulations to the always amazing Miranda Lambert, who notches the hottest new single at country radio this week with her new hit, “The House That Built Me.” In just a few days, Miranda will embark on her first official headlining tour, as her Roadside Bars and Pink Guitars Tour kicks off on March 18th. Miranda chats about the tour and more in a feature in the new issue of Country Weekly, on sale Monday. Be sure to visit mirandalambert.com for tour dates near you!
  • And if you missed the Sesame Street episode featuring Carrie Underwood as a specially created character called “Carrie Underworm,” catch the family fun with an encore airing slated for March 17. Carrie recorded a song called “The Worm Anthem” just for the show. Check your local PBS listings for airtimes.
