- Carrie Underwood is part of the star-studded line-up of female artists, including Stevie Nicks, Bonnie Raitt, Emmylou Harris, and Sheryl Crow, who will perform together in tribute to Linda Ronstadt on her induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in New York on April 10th. The event, which celebrates all of this year’s Hall of Fame inductees, is set to air at 9pm, ET, May 31st, on HBO.
- And speaking of Carrie Underwood, Carrie has just been announced among the six artists in the running for the second annual Milestone Award at the 2014 Billboard Music Awards. The show will take place on May 18th, and fan voting is underway now at Billboard.com/milestone to determine the three finalists for the award. The honor is a special editorial award “given to an innovative artist who has achieved a notable chart milestone over the past year.” The six finalists for the 2014 Milestone Award presented by Chevrolet also include Luke Bryan, Imagine Dragons, John Legend, OneRepublic, and Ellie Goulding. The final three nominees will be revealed April 21st on Billboard.com before additional fan voting begins to determine the winner.
