MIRANDA LAMBERT: How Many People Are Doing This?

When Miranda Lambert first heard about the “Forever Country” music collaboration, she was amazed at the undertaking, she admits that “it was hard to wrap my mind around you know?” With all she knew about the project…mixing 3 different songs (“Country Roads,” “On The Road Again,” and “I Will Always Love You”), plus having artists like Brad Paisley, Carrie Underwood, Alan Jackson, herself and others all mixed together seemed like a very daunting task, but he fears were subsided when she her that Shane McAnally would be involved in the project. In the end, Miranda joked that he participation “was actually one of the easiest vocals I’ve done. It’s like, not very long of time to fit a lot of things in but I knew Shane McAnally was involved and he’s a friend, and he’s very talented and everything he touches is gold so I was like, I’m sure it’s going to be amazing. And it is, it’s very cool”
