MIRANDA LAMBERT: Fastest Girl in Tishomingo

This Friday is normally known as Black Friday but will become Pink Friday in Tishomingo, Oklahoma, for the official grand opening of Miranda Lambert‘s new store, The Pink Pistol. According to the store’s Facebook page at Facebook.com/ThePinkPistol, “The store will carry a variety of merchandise selected by Miranda including handmade boots and belts from Corral, Farm Boy & Farm Girl with their fashionable line of clothing and home goods, items from Junk Gypsy including clothing, jewelry and other accessories plus much more. ‘It’s antiques, gifts, boots, jeans and pretty much everything you can imagine,’ said Miranda. In addition to the grand opening, other activities planned for the day include a Pink-aoke area for everyone to sing their favorite song and the 1st Annual Pink Pistol Princess Pageant. The contestants, who have already been selected, will be judged on the creativity of their awesomely PINK costumes, their spunkiness and their sass.” The Pink Pistol is located at 214 West Main Street in downtown Tishomingo. And we’d normally say that Miranda is red-hot on the radio, but for this week, we’ll say she’s pink-hot with her smash, “Fastest Girl in Town,” the newest hit from her ACM Album of the Year winner, Four the Record.
