MIRANDA LAMBERT: Fall Tour Begins Wednesday!  Miranda Lambert says she has a great team around her. (:41)
“I have the greatest road crew. I mean, the newest person in my band has been there for three years, and my tour manager’s been with me for five, and so it’s just been…we’ve become a family. And we’ve come from literally the very beginning to now, which is a whole new level for us. And, but yeah, I mean, there’s times where we hang out and we’re friends and we party together and just…we all get along, and then there’s times where I have to be the boss and make decisions. And so, it’s good for me, though, because I trust the people around me, but at some point, it’s ultimately my decision, and I have to sometimes be firm, and it’s hard to separate, but I think we have a good balance.”
