Audio on the Inspiration for LANCO’s “Save Me”
Yeah, the inspiration for “Save Me” started with the first line of the song, which we were on tour and we were actually in LA on a patio. And, kind of just talking about life, you know we can be trouble makers. We all- everyone gets into trouble, but then kind of venting about like even when you try to stay out of trouble it seems like trouble can, at least for me, and seemed that everyone had this in common that trouble can just kind of find you wherever you go. And the idea that when you are in those places you like to find someone that can maybe save you from that. That’s what you are looking for is in those moments of trouble you’re looking for someone that can save you from that moment and kind of be that saving grace for you.

LANCO CONTINUES TO WRITE THE STORY BEHIND THEIR SOPHOMORE PROJECT WITH NEW TRACK “SAVE ME” OUT TODAY

New Track’s Authenticity Coincides with the Band’s Climbing Country Radio Single “What I See”

LANCO’s “Love Runs Deep” Purposity Initiative Surpasses 100 Needs Met for Nashville Family

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Multi-PLATINUM Country band and Arista Nashville hit-makers LANCO deliver a new nostalgic track today with “Save Me.” Known for their autobiographical writing, the organic song is a chronological display of the band’s deep-rooted love for their spouses combined with a massive sonic-build up. Written by frontman Brandon Lancaster, drummer Tripp Howell, bassist Chandler Baldwin, Andy Albert and Andrew DeRoberts, “Save Me” is now available at all digital retailers HERE .

“Brandon, Chandler and I were sitting on an L.A. patio one day reminiscing about how trouble can sometimes follow us but we’re lucky to have our spouses to keep us in check,” drummer Tripp Howell said. “We took the song back to Nashville and focused on how that right person can be the ying to your yang. We’re super proud of this one.”

LANCO’s current climbing single at Country radio, “What I See,” which boasts over 15 million streams, continues to “showcase the band’s versatility” as it highlight’s Lancaster’s “soothing vocals filled with nostalgic and vivid imagery,” (Billboard). Recently a significant lyric from “the touching song” (American Songwriter) sparked the launch of the band’s “Love Runs Deep” movement through the non-profit mobile app, Purposity. Calling on the generosity of their fans, “Team LANCO” fulfilled over 100 needs for one Nashville family from Metro Nashville Public Schools (MNPS) who lost everything in the March tornadoes.

LANCO continues to pave its course after the the success of their 2x Platinum multi-week radio chart-topper “Greatest Love Story” and critically acclaimed GOLD hit “Born To Love You.” The five-man band’s No. 1 selling debut and coming-of-age album, HALLELUJAH NIGHTS , made LANCO the first Country group to debut on the Billboard Top Country Albums charts at No. 1 in 10 years.  The new music from the ACM “New Group of the Year” follows multiple nominations from from the CMT, CMA, ACM, AMA, and iHeartAwards, while Lancaster became the first member of a group to ever win NSAI’s “Songwriter/Artist of the Year.” Critics continue to be impressed with the chart-topping band’s persistence of “bringing a combustible mix of romance and live-for-the-moment joy” (Journal Courier). For more information on LANCO visit www.lancomusic.com .
