Kenny Chesney may have played to more than a million fans every year for the past seven summers, but don’t think that the thrill of stepping on stage has diminished one bit for Kenny. “There’s still a lot of me that is that kid from East Tennessee that’s really got wide eyes,” he says. “I love gettin’ on stage…and it still seems new, even though we’ve been doin’ it a long time.” (AUDIO INFO BELOW)

I love sometimes when the bus leaves at midnight, and I get on it, you know, it’s a little quieter these days ’cause I don’t have all the crew and the band and everybody on the same bus. I did that for seven years, but we’re still havin’ a blast out there, and it still seems new, even though we’ve been doin’ it a long time.”
