Kane Brown is climbing the charts with “What Ifs”– his new single from his self-titled debut album. Kane is joined on the song by his childhood friend Lauren Alaina, and is inspired by her reaching the number-one spot on the country chart with her own song. Kane believes that “What Ifs” is already the biggest song of his career, and he knows that the song can do a lot more. Kane compares the success of “What Ifs” to his other big hit “Used To Love You Sober”–and he has evidence, thanks to Spotify, that his new song is passing his previous one. While “Used To Love You Sober” has an impressive 13 million plus streams, “What Ifs” has bettered that with millions more streams, and is still growing as it’s approaching 16 million mark on Spotify. Kane credits not only his fans, but Lauren Alaina’s fans too for the success of the song on radio and online. Kane will be making a lot more fans with “What Ifs” when he hits the road with Jason Aldean at the end of the month. “So, far I feel like it’s almost my biggest song. It is my biggest song on Spotify, so that counts for something. ‘Sober’ was my other biggest one…it’s been out a year, this one’s only been out for only 3 or 4 months and it’s already passed ‘Sober’ so I’m really excited. You know, we got Lauren’s (Alaina) fans on it as well, hopefully it’s my big hit”
