NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Blazing new artist Kameron Marlowe will make his Grand Ole Opry debut on Sept. 29, following a surprise invite from Opry member and superstar tour mate Brad Paisley.
“This will be a day I’ll never forget,” said Marlowe. “To be able to share a moment like that with not only my family, but my whole hometown crowd, is something I’ll cherish forever.”
Paisley surprised Marlowe with the news in front of a hometown crowd on stage at Charlotte NC’s PNC Music Pavilion. Watch the touching moment here. Later that night, Marlowe celebrated the moment surrounded by friends and family in his native Kannapolis, NC.
The rising talent will release his new single “Giving You Up” to country radio Sept. 20. With more than 104 million on-demand streams, the personal, entirely self-penned track has connected with audiences globally, and the official music video was among Vevo’s Top 10 most-watched country videos of 2020.
Marlowe is currently support on Paisley’s TOUR 2021, which continues this weekend in Chicago, IL and Clarkson, MI. Marlowe will also perform at Country Thunder Florida in Kissimmee on Sunday (9/12).
