“I think ‘American Country Love Song’ is a song describes my life growing up. I remembered as a lot of us guys of done using songs to help speak our language to our significant other, and I think the song is more than just a song about love songs to me it’s a song about American life in general. It’s about high school cheerleaders and quarterbacks, to the hard-working men, and women and our guys and girls that are overseas. It’s about, no matter where you go it’s that feeling of being free and be an American, and loving this beautiful place we live.”
