Huge congratulations to Jake Owen, who hit the top of the Billboard country airplay chart this week with his second consecutive number-one single, “Alone with You.” But besides the great music, one reason that people love Jake is that he’s genuinely a people-person, whether it was when he was calling fans on the phone to find out what they thought of his latest album, recently helping a high-school guy get his dream prom date via Twitter, or tweeting out an invitation to his boat or breakfast at the Waffle House, Jake tells us he just loves to reach out.
