“You know, what’s so cool is literally from the time it was out, people would go nuts because they knew that it was a new one, and they were excited for a new one. And that’s the first time I’ve ever had people be excited to hear the new single. And that’s taking nothin’ away from the stuff that was on the last record, but it was just…it was a different kind of intensity. It was like people had either…even if they hadn’t heard the song, they had heard it was a great song, so they were excited to hear it for the first time. And then once they had heard it, they were singin’ along to this one faster than they have anything else that I’ve done. So, you know, you can definitely tell just from crowd reaction goin’ out and playin’ this thing, you know, how much people love it. And then obviously with it bein’ the fastest climbing, the most downloaded in, you know, single weeks that we’ve ever had, it really has lived up to all of the expectations that I had for it, and I think that is because it’s such a powerful song. There’s just a lot of emotion in it, and I think a lot of people can relate to it.”
