Congrats to Chris Young and Cassadee Pope on their CMA Award nomination for Music Event Of The Year  for their number-one song, “Think Of You.” Not only did the pair of singers take the song to the top of the charts, but they sang it all summer long as Cassadee opened for Chris on tour. Chris says “to cap off the end of the year with this nomination is just incredible.” The CMA Awards will be celebrating their 50th year, when the show airs on ABC on Wednesday, November 2nd, live from Nashville, Tennessee.

“So excited to have a CMA nomination, and in a category that I have never been nominated before, Musical Event of the Year with Cassadee Pope for ‘Think of You.’ There’s been so many great things that have happened with this song…you know, from the start of the year when we went out and toured together and got to perform this every night seeing it grow every night up through it being a number-one in fifteen weeks, which is so incredibly fast, to getting to preform it on some shows, and you know being able to cap off the end of the year with this nomination is just incredible”
