audio

When Chase Rice isn’t on stage singing his new single “Everybody We Know Does” at this time of year, he’s watching football. Like millions of other Americans, Chase is glued to his TV during play off time for the National Football League. As the season is winding down, and there’s less and less teams still in the hunt for the Super Bowl, he shared his picks for the Divisional Round of the NFL playoffs. For the Saturday games, in the New England Patriots vs Houston Texan game, Chase picks the Pats. Seattle Seahawks vs the Atlanta Falcons, he picks the home team Atlanta. On Sunday, for the Pittsburgh Steelers vs the Kansas City Chiefs, Chase has the Steelers. And in his final pick, and as Chase shares the game he’s looking forward to the most because the of the two historic franchises involved, for Dallas Cowboys vs the Green Bay Packers, Chase picks the hot hand of Green Bay’s quarterback Aaron Rodgers to prevail at the end of the day. So, you could say, Chase is hoping that A A Ron don’t done mess up.

“We got the Pats verse the Texans, I’m gonna take the Pats all day in that one. Seattle-Atlanta, that’s a real tough one, both teams are great, I’m going to say Atlanta because they’re at home, simple as that. Pittsburgh-KC, Pittsburgh looked real good last week, I’m going to go with Pittsburgh all day. The Steelers, they’re strong, they got a good defense. Dallas-Green Bay is probably my favorite game of the playoffs so far. There’s so much history in the game. I’m going to take Green Bay. Green Bay’s hot, Dallas has had a hell of a year, but Green Bay’s hot, I think they’re going to take it with Aaron Rodgers.”
