Chase Rice says that his career has had some “oh wow” moments so far–like having his music played on the radio, touring with Dierks Bentley, touring with Kenny Chesney, headlining his own tour. But he might be adding a big “oh wow” moment at the start of April–that’s when he has the chance to walk way with the New Male Vocalist Of The Year Award at the ACMs. Chase is trying to take it all in stride since he says that this is “part of my life now”–but if his name is announced on Sunday April 3rd, he’s sure to let out a big “oh wow.”

“I’ve had a couple of ‘oh wow’ moments, I guess you can call them, but most of the time those moments…they’re few and far between…but I enjoy them when they happen, because this is my reality now. This is my life, and I’m just very blessed to be able to do what I do, and do it with the people that are surrounded in my life. And I’ve had an insane last couple of years, but it’s been a lot of ‘oh wow’ moments’ but I’m taking them in.”
