Carrie Underwood is brand-new on the radio with her latest single — it’s the title track to her chart-topping album, Blown Away. You may have heard Carrie sing “Blown Away” during appearances earlier this year on American Idol and the Billboard Music Awards, and Carrie tells us that she was blown away, figuratively speaking, the very first time she heard the song. • Carrie recently topped the charts with her sizzling smash, “Good Girl,” the first single from Blown Away…and also Carrie’s 15th number-one hit! “Good Girl” continues to rock the charts, but this time it’s on the video side of things, where this past weekend, “Good Girl” held its lock at number-one on CMT’s Top 20 Countdown for a record-breaking 14th week, longer than any other video in the show’s history!

“I remember where I was the first time I heard ‘Blown Away.’ It’s one of those songs for me, and I had listened to a ton of, you know, demos and stuff like that, people pitching their songs. And this one, I got an e-mail and started listening to it on my computer speakers, and then I was like, ‘Whoa!’ So I grabbed my headphones, and I plugged my headphones in, and I started it over, and I just got chills all over my body.”
