Cam is kicking off her Burning House tour next week in Chicago, and she’s super excited to get out and perform for her fans. Cam is also excited because any of her fans that have seen her open for Dierks Bentley, Brad Paisley or Dan & Shay have just seen her use the staging that the headliners use…but now that she’s the headliner, Cam gets to create her own stage ambience. Cam jokes that with this tour she’s “graduating to the big kids.” Cam also thinks the shows on the Burning House tour will be special because of the audience, she says that some of the fans that will show up are the ones that have been with her from the beginning, and that’s why she’s working so hard on this tour, because she wants to do it right for her fans. “Burning House tour is coming up, think it starts the 27th at Joe’s in Chicago. It’s going to be insanely awesome. We’re doing rehearsal starting later this week, and we get to do our own backdrop, and lights and, like, before if you came and saw us on Dierks’ tour, or maybe Brad Paisley tour, or Dan & Shay tour, you saw kind of that early…we’re in front of everybody else’s stuff (laugh), we play for like a half an hour, so this is graduating to the big kids, and we get to do a special show for this beginning group! You guys are like the real deal OG fans and we’re all going to be together for a long time hopefully, so wanna do it right for you guys.”
