Brad Paisley has made no secret about how excited he is that Andy Griffith agreed to guest star in the video for his latest smash, “Waitin’ on a Woman.” As a lifelong fan, there’s a personal admiration that Brad has for Andy, but beyond that, he just couldn’t imagine anyone better to play the part of the wise older gentleman whose boundless patience for the lady in his life would define another dimension of what love was all about. “I can write a list, a really long list,” Brad says, “of the iconic older actors that could play this part, and list them in order in terms of who would be my perfect choice.” Andy, he says, was far and away the “first on that list.
