BRAD PAISLEY: Southern Pride

Brad Paisley‘s latest hit, “Camouflage,” marks his musical salute to the outdoor fashion that he declares will make guys “invisible to a whitetail and irresistible to a redneck girl.” And Brad tells us that wearing the colors also seems to have become a friendly “way to show your southern pride.” (AUDIO INFO BELOW)

  • “Camouflage” isn’t always that hard to find! Look for it on Brad’s album, This Is Country Music, along with such favorites as “Old Alabama” and “Remind Me.”
  • Catch Brad in concert beginning January 12th as he launches his newly re-named “Virtual Reality World Tour 2012” presented by Chevy, with special guests The Band Perry and Scotty McCreery. The tour had been initially announced as “The Camobunga! 2012 World Tour,” but during set-up and rehearsals, Brad decided that the tour deserved a different name. He says, “When you see plans and sketches on paper, it’s one thing, but to actually see it in real life is something else, and that’s what happened to me when we were in tour rehearsals. When I saw the visuals and how exciting and sometimes mind-blowing they were, I just felt the tour name needed to reflect what the fans were going to see. For two hours each night of the tour, they can be taken away from reality — literally.” Check out BradPaisley.com for complete dates!

BRAD PAISLEY: Southern Pride  Brad Paisley talks about everyday folks wearing camouflage. (:15)
“It’s a big deal. It’s the new rebel flag. It is the new rebel flag. My favorite line of ‘Camouflage’ is ‘the only thing as patriotic as the ol’ red, white, and blue is green and gray and black and tan and brown all rolled into camouflage.'”
