  • Some filming of the new movie is reportedly set to begin this month!

audio  Brad Paisley says that writing the script for his upcoming film project was a surprisingly natural experience. (:55)
“I’m definitely amazed, and I was amazed as I started this project. What I was really the most shocked about was that it feels organic, and it feels like something that I have a knack for. As I was writing this script, I really do feel like I have a knack for writing these things, and I say that humbly knowing I’ve got a long way to go, but it’s fun to think about the ways that music can be served by crossing into a few of these things.”

audio  Brad Paisley says that there was a bit of reverse engineering that led to his upcoming film project. (:27)
“Yeah, you know, usually a song is sort of a product of a movie, like you’ll see a movie and think of a song idea, or you’ll write a song for a movie, which I’ve done a couple of times. But in this case, we reverse engineered this. It’s the opposite. When we finished recording ‘I Can’t Change the World,’ I remember thinking, ‘Boy, that feels cinematic.’ That feels like a score. It feels like something that goes underneath of a film.”
