Brad Paisley is out this week with his new album, Moonshine in the Trunk — it’s a project that was recorded in Brad’s home studio, and Brad says that the studio has turned out to be a really great thing for him and his family, especially when he’s in trouble with his wife, Kim! (AUDIO INFO BELOW)

“Blessing, totally a blessing, honestly, because I’m not sure I would work any less if we didn’t have this, I just would be farther away. So I’m here, and I’m able to be home in a moment’s notice for dinner or anything else, or a skinned-up knee, or whatever I’m needed for. And then at the same time, it’s like my wife said, I’ve built a dog house down here for me for when I’m in trouble. She’s like, ‘You’ve almost got it nicer than our house at this point,’ which is…that’s good.”
