BRAD PAISLEY: Future Shock

With his hot new single, “Welcome to the Future,” Brad Paisley celebrates — and marvels at — not just the speed with which things can change these days, but also the fun factor that goes along with it. What Pac-Man player, at an arcade or at home with a joystick, would have thought that one day they’d be walking around with a phone that had the game built into it? Brad says he’s actually got Pac-Man on his iPhone, and that’s what inspired the line about it in the song. (AUDIO INFO BELOW)

“You wanna blow somebody’s mind from 1980, go back in time with your iPhone and show them Pac-Man on it. I mean, I have that on my iPhone. I actually…that’s where we got the line.”
