“The story behind Wrong Side Of A Sunrise is a little bit of a play on woke up on the wrong side of the bed. But this is woke up on the Wrong Side Of A Sunrise as a new woke up and she was gone. I think guys get a lot of the credit for dipping out early in the morning. This is a story about a girl that wakes up- the guy wakes up and she’s gone. And she kind of gets him and she tried to warn him the whole. The song starts but she tried to warn me she didn’t the type of stick around. And us guys like a little bit of a challenge when that happens. So this is when it doesn’t go your way. A little bit of a summer song called Wrong Side Of A Sunrise.”
