KANE BROWN HOLDS “WORLDWIDE BEAUTIFUL” TOWN HALL FOR BOYS & GIRLS CLUB HOSTED BY ENTERTAINMENT TONIGHT’S KEVIN FRAZIER
NASHVILLE, Tenn., October 8, 2020 — Four-time AMA winner Kane Brown held a “Worldwide Beautiful” Town Hall Thursday for Boys & Girls Club members, hosted by Entertainment Tonight’s Kevin Frazier. The 30-minute virtual event was attended by more than 100 Boys & Girls Club members from across the U.S., as well as those living on U.S. military installations worldwide. The Boys & Girls Clubs of America provide a fun, safe and constructive environment for kids and teens during out-of-school hours in small towns, large metropolitan areas, public housing communities, and Native populations.
To start off the conversation, Brown recalled when he first became aware of Boys & Girls Club and included the organization’s youth in a VIP meet-and-greet initiative during his “Live Forever Tour” in 2019. Brown then showed the powerful and unifying “Worldwide Beautiful” music video, inspiring a candid Q&A about diversity, equality and the challenges and opportunities of the next generation. For the remainder of the Town Hall, Frazier called upon Boys & Girls Club “Youth of the Year” honorees who asked questions of Brown.
As “Worldwide Beautiful” Town Hall host Kevin Frazier began final farewells, BGCA “National Youth of the Year honoree” Josias, on behalf of all participants, surprised Brown by inviting him to become a Club member for life.

About Kane Brown
Global entertainer Kane Brown has been called “the future of country” (Billboard), one of the “31 People Changing the South” (Time) and “Breakthrough Artist of the Year” in 2018 (Associated Press). Mixtape Vol. 1 is Brown’s first multi-song project in almost two years, dropped August 14 and achieved the best country EP debut of 2020 and highest first-week on-demand stream total since Sam Hunt’s SOUTHSIDE album debut. In November 2016, Brown entered the Top 5 of the Billboard Top Country Albums chart with his self-titled 2X Platinum debut album. Brown made history almost a year later as the first artist ever to lead all five of Billboard’s main country charts simultaneously which can be attributed to his 13-week-No. 1 Kane Brown Deluxe Version album including the huge hits “Heaven” and “What Ifs” featuring Lauren Alaina. Respectively the third and sixth most-streamed country songs of all time (U.S. Nielsen Country On-Demand Streams chart), “Heaven” and “What Ifs” both have exceeded 1 billion streams worldwide. And remarkably, after their recent 6X Platinum award upgrades, Brown joined Taylor Swift and Luke Bryan as the only artists with multiple 6X Platinum or more country songs certified by the RIAA. With the chart-topping Billboard 200 release Experiment in November 2018, Brown became the only male country artist in more than 24 years to have his sophomore album debut at the top of this chart. The Platinum-certified long-player has yielded three consecutive No. 1 singles: the 2X Platinum “Homesick” and Platinum-certified tracks “Good As You” and “Lose It.” Brown’s Mixtape Vol. 1 EP features his two Gold-certified hits, his latest country smash, “Cool Again,” and No. 13-and-climbing Top 40 single, “Be Like That,” a collaboration with Swae Lee and Khalid. On January 9, Brown kicked off 2020 by headlining a sold-out 20 year anniversary celebration show at Staples Center in Los Angeles. Brown then became the 11th country artist to sell-out the world-renowned venue.
