The best part about being home right now is- Well, of course, getting to spend so much time with my husband and my baby. You know, if I had been on tour I would have had my kid out with me, but then Ryan (Hurd) would be out on tour as well. It just wouldn’t have been this really condensed family time that we are getting right now. So, that’s probably the best part. And, I’m also like- you know, off the road, I’m the laziest person. I just watch constant Netflix and Bravo and do nothing with my life except Postmates food. I’ve loved doing that in my free time. The worst part is definitely not being able to see my band, my crew… We were so excited to get on the road this year and we had such an amazing production planned and set list and just everything was sussed out and then it kind of got the rug taken out from underneath it. And then, seeing my fans, you know, it sucks that our industry, touring-wise, is probably going to be that last one to open because our entire thing is about crowds and so how do we do that safely? You know, we’ll probably have to wait the longest out of any sector. So, I’m just trying to be patient and enjoy this time at home that I don’t get normally and yeah, write songs to pass the time and start working on my third record. We’ll get back on the road when it is safe and get to appreciate it more.
