“Damage is about my time as a bartender and it was just enough to pay rent, which is great.  The funny thing is I learned so much about people there and I learned how to listen to people because I was in a position where people would poor their hearts out to me.  And, it was very eye-opening for me to meet so many different walks of life and it’s really taught me to not just judge a person by what they’re wearing or what they’re doing in life, you know.  Just to really talk to people and ask more than how are you because people are always going to say I’m good.”
