Kenny Chesney is getting ready to release his Live! In No Shoes Nation album that contains 29 songs that he has recorded over the last 10 years of his touring this Friday October 27th. So, while many people are looking to make this their favorite live album, Kenny shared his favorite live album to listen to, “I think my favorite live album would be…when I was in high school, and in college I listened to a lot of music and I had to drive… I grew up in Knoxville Tennessee so I had to drive an hour and a half to two hours to Johnson City Tennessee at East Tennessee State and I listened to a lot of music and I listened to The Eagles live record a lot” Kenny evens remembers his favorite detail about the album, “that’s where I first heard Joe Walsh say ‘hey man, I’m freaking out’ you know when Don Henley introduces him as the next President of the United States and he goes ‘hey man, I’m freaking out’” Of course as his career developed Kenny had the opportunity to actually play with Joe in concert, and even made him recreate that moment from The Eagles live album, “you fast forward all the years where Joe was actually on tour with us and I made him say it because it was just one of my favorite live album moments ever and I’ve got Joe Walsh saying ‘hey man, I’m freaking out’ and I just couldn’t believe that that guy that I had listened to all those years I was sharing the stage with and he was allowing me into his life, and so you know that’s probably my favorite live album for that reason.” Fans are freaking out the Kenny’s brand new collection Live! In No Shoes Nation arrives in stores and online this Friday October 27th, the same day as tickets for 2018 Trip Around The Sun tour go on sale.
