Chris Young is included on the deluxe edition of Kane Brown‘s debut album which arrived this past Friday, and when the time came for him to record “Setting The Night On Fire” he made sure he was on time! Chris says that while he would never be late to recording any of his own albums either, he thought it was funny that producer and long-time friend Dan Huff noted that he showed up at the right time, “I will say probably one of the funniest things about the process of getting to sing on Kane’s record, was… obviously he was working with Dan Huff who I’ve known for a long time, super super incredibly multi-talented guy and amazing producer and guitar player and everything else but… I showed up to the studio and he goes, you’re on time! (laughs) I was like, ‘yea man this is not my record I don’t want to be late!’… wouldn’t be late to my own record, but it was just really really funny.” Check out Chris Young on Kane’s song “Setting The Night On Fire”–and you can also check out Chris’ own album Losing Sleep when it arrives in stores and online next Friday October 20th.
