Tyler Farr‘s singing ability not only comes from his natural talent, but what he learned in college. With the vocal range that songs like “I Should Go To Church Sometime” demand, Tyler thinks back to lessons he learned in school, “It’s all about technique and stuff when you’re singing classical but what it helps is your vocal control and range. When I was studying it in college, I was taking music theory and sight reading, which I absolutely hated, and piano. All that stuff helped with your ear training it and stuff. Just like training when you’re younger in basketball, you practice enough it’s going to come natural to you. It definitely helped and benefited me in lots of ways.” Those lessons are paying off for fans who go to Tyler’s shows–and if you want to see him in concert, check out his schedule at Tyler Farr dot com, or just click HERE
