As Old Dominion looks forward to their new album with their already smash hit song “No Such Thing As A Broken Heart,” lead singer Matthew Ramsey reflects on the success of their debut album Meat and Candy. Matthew recalls that the album “did surpass everything that we expected, I think. We didn’t really have any expectations. We didn’t know. This is all new territory for us.” With hits like “Break Up With Him,” “Snapback,” and “Song For Another Time” having the success they did Matthew says that the guys “went from driving around the country in a van to suddenly we have a gold album. Just an unbelievable ride it has been to be a part of. To work so long and writing songs and work so long on your craft, it’s very rewarding to know that your music is being heard.
