Seth Ennis thinks that his single “Woke Up In Nashville” is the perfect intro for him to the world because it tells his story. Seth happily admits that “everything you hear is true, it’s all right there”–from his dad’s six string to the the loaded up car. It was a gamble that turned out to be a great song idea. You really get everything from Seth on this song–as a little trivia about “Woke Up In Nashville”…Seth played all the instruments on the song…including his dad’s hand-me-down six string that Seth and his brother used to play with when they were kids.
Seth Ennis talks about the true life aspects of his debut single “Woke Up In Nashville.” (:35)
“I mean the first thing that I get to say to the world is I woke up in Nashville and just tell my story. I think it’s pretty dang cool. From the loaded up the hand-me-down car that was the tour truck that we traveled around in all the time and then playing my dad’s six string. My dad was in a high school band called Free Wind before his military days but I remember me and my brother used to mess around on his guitar all the time. Went for broke… literally had eight dollars in my account one time so I mean everything you hear is true, it’s all right there.”
