Luke Combs is out now with his single “Hurricane,” and while he’s been on the road, Luke knows the power of music and what it can do to…and for…fans who listen. Luke has had times when he sees the affect happening right before him, and while his instinct to stop everything and comfort the fan, he also realizes that maybe by just being on stage singing the song, that he’s already helping. To hear Luke Combs helping music, make sure to get his EP This One’s For You, which features his song “Hurricane.”
Luke Combs talks about the affect music can have on fans. (:36)
“I’ve had many moments where I look down, and somebody’s just balling out in front of me, and you want to just stop and grab’em and tell’em ‘it’s going to be OK.’ Cause that’s in my nature to want to help them out and…but you gotta realize that just singing that song is helping them out, and them getting that out…whether it’s a good cry, or whatever it is. Helping them have that moment is powerful enough, and meeting them after the show, and taking a picture with them, and hearing their story is just so inspiring. So, it’s truly a blessing to get to see that.”
