Chris Young and Kane Brown have become friends since the newcomer was introduced to Chris. Kane has cited Chris as one of his heroes, and even got a chance to add a song co-written by Chris to his debut album. Chris Young couldn’t be happier to contribute to his friend’s debut effort, which comes out Friday December 2nd.

“Through the process of, I’d written a couple things with him and then I’d written this song ‘Comeback’ with a couple other guys, and it turned out that ended up being the thing that made his album. He found this song and was like I love that. I want to cut that even though there were several other things that he and I had co-written together. So just a really, really special to be a part of that album for him. His very first album, and so cool that he cites me as a big influence in his career.”
