Chris Young had a first in his career thanks to Kane Brown. Kane has said many times in interviews that his musical hero is Chris Young, and he even sang covers of Chris’ songs on his road to be discovered. Being called someone’s “hero” is something that Chris does not take lightly. In fact, Chris has taken time to get to know Kane, and the two have even gotten together to write some songs. During that session, Kane heard another song that Chris c0-wrote called “Comeback” and Kane asked if he could record it and put it on his album. Chris said “of course,” and is honored to be a put of Kane’s debut effort which comes out on Friday, December 2nd.

“You know it was kind of funny actually here in the first interview where someone showed it to me and Kane had said this guy is my hero and used that exact word. Cause that’s a big word I mean that’s, that’s a, that’s a lot of heavy influence you’ve had on someone else especially another artist.”
