“When it came time to try to decide what the first single was going to be, that’s a hard choice because this is the first impression to, not only radio but to listeners, and fans, and people, and so, you want to do something that sets you apart because there’s so many people trying to break as new artists and you want to do something that puts you apart and puts you in your own lane. So, with this song, how things worked out, I got to write the song, and then I also got to play, and sing everything. So, I play all the instruments and sing all the vocals and back ground vocals, and so we just all thought you know what better way to introduce me than to do something that is all me cause then it definitely will sound like me. So, yeah, I’m really pumped about it being the first single.”
