Old Dominion has had a knack for turning out songs from their first album, Meat and Candy, that have meant something special to their fans. “I think that, it always does kind of hit me at least, because you know, we’re always just focused as writers, we’ve been going in everyday and trying to come up with something that we think is cool, and a lot of times you write a song, and then it’s just another song goes by, and then when one comes out, you see it connect with someone, you’re kind of like…it kind of does make it real like ‘oh, wow. This is something that can actually affect people.'”
