At an event in Nashville, Chris Young recently celebrated the success of his song “Think Of You,” along with his duet partner Cassadee Pope, and his two co-writers of the song, Josh Hoge and Corey Crowder. The foursome gathered to answer some questions, which included–what makes the writing trio of Chris, Josh and Corey so special, since this is the second number-one song written by the trio off Chris’ album, I’m Comin’ Over? Chris answered that “If you really asked me to put my finger on what it is that makes that work I don’t know. I just know that it does, and it’s a really really great feeling being in a room with these two guys, and creating something from nothing.” Chris is hoping the same magic that happened on his first two singles continues with his current song “Sober Saturday Night”–which he wrote with The Warren Brothers (Brad and Brett).

“If you really asked me to put my finger on what it is that makes that work I don’t know. I just know that it does, and it’s a really really great feeling being in a room with these two guys, and creating something from nothing, and then having to get to the point where now we’re having to sit at a table answering questions because it’s been this successful. So, I just makes it that much more fun.”
