As a song writer inspiration for titles came come from anywhere. Kane Brown knows this–that’s why he’s always making notes in his iPhone of things that catch his eye. That happened early this year when he was flipping through a magazine and saw the words “thunder in the rain.” He saved that title until he met with his fellow song writers, and they drew inspiration from it to come up with Kane’s brand new single “Thunder In The Rain.”
Kane Brown shares the story of finding the title of his new single “Thunder In The Rain.” (:21)
“Really I got the title out of a magazine, and I thought it just sounded like a cool title, so I took it in…and I usually write down…if I see a street sign, or somebody says anything, I usually write it down on my notes on my iPhone, and I’ll go back in the writers, and whenever they like ‘do we have any titles?’ I usually go off and read titles that I wrote down based off that stuff, and that usually how we write the songs.”
