Maren Morris is about a month and half away from two very big event in her career–she heads out on tour with Keith Urban on June 2, and the very next day her debut album, Hero, becomes available. Maren is joining Keith at his Hall For All event tonight in Nashville, TN (and just to remind you, All For The Hall is a concert to benefit the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum.) Maren is super excited to join the ripCORD World Tour, and loves that she was picked by Keith as an opener for his show.

“I’m so excited to go on the road with Keith. I’ve been a fan for as long as I can remember of his, and I think he is incredible songwriter, musician…he cuts songs that are just so so good, I feel like he’s just been consistently great throughout his entire career. So, to be asked to go on that tour–especially as a very very new artist, it just rocked my world, and he’d only heard one or two songs of mine before he offered me that the slot on the tour, so I think that sort of proved to me that he had an emotional reaction to the music and took a risk, and I really respect him for that.”
