First-time GRAMMY® nominee Cam is on the go these days more than ever — and between tour dates with Brad Paisley, she was in Los Angeles last week to perform her new single, “Mayday,” on The Ellen DeGeneres Show. And being a frequent flier, Cam’s favorite airport-downtime activity is buying music, but she has a few other ways that she likes to make the most of those pre-flight windows. (AUDIO INFO BELOW)

“I definitely curl up in the airport sometimes and sleep, but also, I love podcasts. So if you have access to wi-fi, you’re in the airport still, then you can download, like, This American Life, or there’s a music Popcast from New York Times that I really like, and if I have brought a book, or, like, a cheesy magazine from the magazine store at the airport, I’ll definitely get into reading those, too.”
