  • Next month, Garth will bring his tour to Dallas, Texas, September 17th through the 22nd!
  • Earlier this week, the Nashville Convention & Visitors Corp announced that Garth and his wife (and tour special guest) Trisha Yearwood will receive the 64th and 65th stars on the Music City Walk of Fame in an induction ceremony on September 10th, at 2pm, in Nashville’s Walk of Fame Park. In a press release, Nashville Mayor Karl Dean remarked, “Trisha and Garth are two great artists who represent what makes Nashville special. They are musicians. They are entrepreneurs. And they are generous community advocates. The way they care about Nashville is as inspiring as their music. Garth stood strong with the city during the 2010 flood recovery, and we will never forget that. The city of Nashville is proud to recognize their accomplishments as individuals through inducting them into the Walk of Fame, and we are thrilled they will be our first husband-wife team to receive this honor.”

“When people come out on the tour, they’re there for the right reasons. They’ve come there to have fun, they’ve come there to bring their family, they’ve come there to sing, and that’s what it’s all about.”
