Congratulations to Nashville quintet Old Dominion, who this week announced signing a record deal with Sony Music Nashville, where the band’s music will be released under the RCA Nashville banner. Formed a decade ago, Old Dominion recently released its self-titled debut EP featuring the chart-climbing single, “Break up with Him.” Hailed as a “triple-threat” band, with each of its members skilled as singers, songwriters, and musicians, Old Dominion will get to play for some massive crowds this summer as part of the stadium shows on Kenny Chesney’s The Big Revival Tour.
- Old Dominion includes members Matthew Ramsey, Trevor Rosen, Whit Sellers, Geoff Sprung, and Brad Tursi.
- On their new label deal, Old Dominion frontman Matt Ramsey said in a press release, “We couldn’t be more excited to join the RCA Nashville family. As a band, we are eager to start our next chapter and are grateful for the opportunity to do that with the support of an amazing promotion and marketing team in RCA.”
- Old Dominion currently plans to record and release new music later this year.
